Firstly, huge congratulations on your engagement!
It’s such an exciting time for you both, and we imagine that right now you are working through a huge list of things to plan and book… and now you’re diving headfirst into the world of flowers, perhaps not knowing where to start?
Questions you’ll have will probably be what style do we want, what colour palette would we like? How much should I budget for the flowers, and how do I ask for all of that?
The way we work at Jasmine and Jerusalem is to be as open and transparent about what those costs will be, but most importantly, we have fun working through your style, vision, and colour choices together.
We believe working all of that out should be an enjoyable experience, involving images, colour swatches, and mood boards to get us all on the same floral page.
Whether you are choosing an intimate, stylish family event or an all-singing and dancing garden party in a marquee, your wedding flowers will be designed for you specifically. We don’t use formulas or spreadsheets. It’s all about what flowers work best and how to create the “feel” and atmosphere you want for your day.

We offer two wedding services.
The “full bespoke design service” and our “Intimate Service”
What’s the difference, you say?
Full bespoke design
Our Full bespoke design service includes everything from consultation through to installation and derig. We take care of every detail so you can turn up to your wedding or event and be blown away. We work closely with you to understand your dream and suggest ideas you may not have considered, from large installations to the finer details like buttonholes. Our team remains on site to relocate florals after your ceremony and returns the following day to tidy everything away.
Intimate Collection Service
Our Intimate Collection Service is perfect for the couple who wants beautiful flowers, is happy to leave the design of their flowers in our capable hands, but enjoys the idea of setting them out themselves at the venue and ceremony.
This service includes all bouquets, buttonholes, any flower girl and Page boy flowers and then clusters of hired bud vases filled with beautiful blooms to adorn your wedding breakfast tables. Other items, such as candlesticks, can be hired, and coordinating candles can also be ordered through us. It is ideal for those perhaps on a smaller budget or for those who don’t require the scale of the full Service.
How does it work?
Firstly, fill out our enquiry form to let us know your date, venue, and any other information you have at that point. It also helps us understand a little about the scale and any initial thoughts you have on style, etc. We will ask you to confirm if you are seeking our “Full Bespoke Service” or our collection-only “ Intimate Service ”.
The attention to detail, love and care that we take to design our flowers will always apply regardless of which service you choose. And we feel equally honoured to be involved.
How it works
The Full Bespoke

Once we’ve received your details, we will set up a video call with Alex to get started on what you imagine, any images, and any ideas you have at that point. We will then send over an initial quote with ballpark figures and an initial top-line Mood board.
At this point, please decide whether to proceed with us as your florists and confirm your decision with a deposit.

Then the fun begins, honing the style, colour, and flowers. We finalise the mood boards for your big day. This stage involves site visits, logistics planning, and coordinating with suppliers—caterers, marquee companies, venues, and photographers—to ensure everything is aligned.
About 6-8 weeks before the wedding, we schedule a call or meeting to clarify details and logistics. We agree on the final itinerary and settle the final payment at this time.

On your Wedding Day, we will be on site early, up with the birds, building any installations, laying tables, lining the aisles, delivering bouquets and buttonholes, ensuring every little detail is tended to, ready for your arrival at the ceremony. Once the ceremony is complete, we will repurpose and reinstate any agreed items from the ceremony to the Reception.
We normally breathe deeply and smile at this point, happy in the knowledge that our work here is done for the day! Happy couple, and happy florists!

The day after, or sometimes that same night if required, we dismantle installations, arrange flowers, and whisk everything away—then eagerly await the photos!
How it works
The Intimate Collection

Once we’ve received your details, we will arrange a video call to discuss and agree on a colour palette for your bouquets, buttonholes, and bud vases; clarify the style and other details, such as ribbon colours; and then send over the final quote and deposit invoice.

About 6 weeks before the collection date, we will send over the Final Invoice to be paid.
About 6-8 weeks before the wedding, we schedule a call or meeting to clarify details and logistics. We agree on the final itinerary and settle the final payment at this time.

The afternoon before your wedding, you will need to collect your flowers from our studio, all of which will be boxed up ready for you to collect and install yourself the next morning at your venue. Then simply deliver the vases and any other hired items during the following week.
We normally breathe deeply and smile at this point, happy in the knowledge that our work here is done for the day! Happy couple, and happy florists!
